We have dealt with Bristol Street Motors for many years. Starting with a Ford Capri, 2 Cortinas, 1 Escort and 3 Fiestas. We have always been satisfied. We recently decided to our car. We visited Bristol Street Motors at Stoke Ford for the first time last week, we would like to bring to your attention the fantastic treatment we received from your Used Car Sales Executive. We did not at any time feel pressured into buying anything. We were treated with the utmost kindness. Your Salesmen guided us in the right direction of which car to buy. Unfortunately you did not have the vehicle we wanted in the colour we wanted so you Sales Manager took steps to locate one at another branch. Your Sales Executive explained everything about the car we bought, so much so we felt as though we had been driving it for ages. We cant praise him enough. Besides being extremely satisfied for the for the time and trouble he took with us we feel as though we have made a friend for life.

I've just had my car repaired at your Morpeth dealership and I have to say that the service staff bent over backwards to help and make sure everything was done that could be done to have a persistent problem rectified. I was supplied with a courtesy car and contacted regularly to keep me up-dated. Brilliant service.

Yesterday I had my car serviced and was very impressed with the level of service and courtesy extended. However, it wasn't until I drove away that I realised what a fantastic job the person providing the complementary cleaning/valeting had done. Mine is an 11 year old Galaxy which came out looking like new, whoever cleaned the car must have worked very hard to achieve that result and I would like to say thanks for their efforts.
