We have dealt with Bristol Street Motors for many years. Starting with a Ford Capri, 2 Cortinas, 1 Escort and 3 Fiestas. We have always been satisfied. We recently decided to our car. We visited Bristol Street Motors at Stoke Ford for the first time last week, we would like to bring to your attention the fantastic treatment we received from your Used Car Sales Executive. We did not at any time feel pressured into buying anything. We were treated with the utmost kindness. Your Salesmen guided us in the right direction of which car to buy. Unfortunately you did not have the vehicle we wanted in the colour we wanted so you Sales Manager took steps to locate one at another branch. Your Sales Executive explained everything about the car we bought, so much so we felt as though we had been driving it for ages. We cant praise him enough. We will certainly recommend Bristol Street Motors and your excellent staff to our friends and relatives. We only met you Sales Executive for the first time last week. Besides being extremely satisfied for the for the time and trouble he took with us we feel as though we have made a friend for life.

After our car broke down on route from a family holiday. We were in quick need of a repair. Your service Receptionist and Service Manager identified the problem quickly and even arranged for the use of a courtesy car to get us home and keep us mobile. Your Service Manager even delivered our car back to us in his spare time. This was first class service and much appreciated.

Your Sales Executive explained the whole process to us and was very patient, at no time did we ever feel that he wanted to move onto a deal with someone else, he never rushed us and we felt that we had a personal service from him.
When our car arrived he went trough all we needed to know and took the time to show us the car and how to work all the gadgets in it.
He is a credit to Bristol Street Motors, he was polite, helpful and friendly but not to pushy. Just what you want from a Sales Executive.

Wow!!! What a pleasant surprise, never having bought a brand new car before 4 weeks ago, I had the perfect sales person I could wish for she was professional in every way possible, including a semi personal Number plate, the sales team in general could not be faulted in any way. It was actually fun to buy the car, done and dusted in around an hour. Being an ex car mechanic I was glad there was no problems, very pleased with the car, and the company, look forward to dealing with you in the future.
