We visited Bristol Street Motors at Stoke Ford for the first time last week, we would like to bring to your attention the fantastic treatment we received from your Used Car Sales Executive. We did not at any time feel pressured into buying anything. We were treated with the utmost kindness. Your Salesmen guided us in the right direction of which car to buy. Unfortunately you did not have the vehicle we wanted in the colour we wanted so you Sales Manager took steps to locate one at another branch. Your Sales Executive explained everything about the car we bought, so much so we felt as though we had been driving it for ages. We cant praise him enough. Yesterday afternoon I took delivery of a new Ford Focus from your Green Street Green branch. I have to say that your Service Executives knowledge, attitude and professionalism was superb throughout the entire transaction. He did, like any good salesperson want to make a sale, but what impressed me the most was his clear determination that in buying my car, I would enjoy a first class buying experience.

The garage did a 24-month service on our Ford Ka, at what was a reasonable price. Booking the vehicle in was simple and your service staff, ensured that all my additional needs were met and even arranged for a failed component which was out of warranty to be replaced free of charge. The vehicle was returned on to me on-time and had even been valeted inside and out to a high standard.
This was the first time I have used Bristol Street Motors and, after this experience, I will return for any issues our vehicle may have.
