We have dealt with Bristol Street Motors for many years. Starting with a Ford Capri, 2 Cortinas, 1 Escort and 3 Fiestas. We have always been satisfied. We recently decided to our car. We visited Bristol Street Motors at Stoke Ford for the first time last week, we would like to bring to your attention the fantastic treatment we received from your Used Car Sales Executive. We did not at any time feel pressured into buying anything. We were treated with the utmost kindness. Your Salesmen guided us in the right direction of which car to buy. Unfortunately you did not have the vehicle we wanted in the colour we wanted so you Sales Manager took steps to locate one at another branch. Your Sales Executive explained everything about the car we bought, so much so we felt as though we had been driving it for ages. We cant praise him enough. We will certainly recommend Bristol Street Motors and your excellent staff to our friends and relatives. We only met you Sales Executive for the first time last week. Besides being extremely satisfied for the for the time and trouble he took with us we feel as though we have made a friend for life.
On 31st December last year I visited Bristol Street because my Mondeo was juddering. I expected to be able to �book' my car in so that work could start after the New Year break. I was delighted to be told that diagnostics could start straight away.�
I would like to extend my thanks to Service Receptionist who kept me fully informed as to progress and your whole team who completed the necessary diagnostics, fixed the fault, serviced the car, changed the brake fluid, loaned me a car and returned my car before the end of the day.

I bought my Ford Focus back in March '10 and have recently returned to your Worcester dealership with a view of purchasing a KA for my daughter. Again, your Used Car Salesman dealt with me and it seemed that nothing was too much trouble. He found a lovely KA for my daughter. As it was my daughter's first car when she saw it for the first time she gave him a bit of a hard time (in a nice way!) as she wanted it perfect. He explained that it had only been delivered the evening before and he promised that it would be sparkling when she collected it. Sure enough it was and my daughter was so chuffed - she even gave him a hug!! Your Used Car Salesman is a credit to your company he seems to have 'the gift of the gab' in a nice way. He is not a pushy salesman, like some, and is understanding to the needs of the customer. Thank you!!!!
We are writing to draw your attention to the excellent personal service provided by Ted Robinson when we purchased our daughter's Ka from Bristol Street Motors. Ted was polite, friendly and made the buying process easy and hassle free. He put us and our daughter at ease and managed to make the whole process a pleasurable one.

Having recently purchased a used Ford Focus I decided to book it into your dealership to continue the main dealer service history.
Given the registration and age of the vehicle I was a little sceptical on how it would received but I need not have worried, and was very pleased with the customer service and reception I received in particular from Service Receptionist, he advised me on my servicing options and demonstrated a genuine interest in my list of defects. He also took the time to generate estimates for work not necessary at the time of servicing but which I will review and consider in the future.
I would also like to thank the body shop who took the time to generate and amend an estimate for minor body work.
Overall I had a pleasant experience and working in the motor trade I understand the value of customer service, and taking an interest in your customers regardless of the age of vehicle your presented with, I appreciate my Ford is an older model but nether the less the interest and attitude of your staff remained positive and very helpful.
I will certainly consider your garage for any residual work and look forward to continuing my service history with you.
I Picked up our Kuga from Macklin's a couple of weeks ago, all i can say is excellent service, very relaxed and professional service. good facilities, cracking play area for the kids, good enough to drop them off for a couple of hours.
I've had 17 cars in the last 17 years and this has by far been the best dealer service I've had. It was actually a pleasurable experience.

He knows exactly what we want, exactly our budget and he knows that what we ask for is what we want and just gets in there with the minimum amount of fuss. We have built up a relationship with your salesmen and he with us so that we have reached a total understanding.
The overall experience we received at Bristol Street - Shirley was excellent. The sales team were very helpful especially with helping me meet my budget and as my parents were with me, answered all questions we asked efficiently and explaining everything we needed to know. My parents had already bought their car off them 2 years ago and recommended them to me. We will definitely use Bristol Street again.
