We have dealt with Bristol Street Motors for many years. Starting with a Ford Capri, 2 Cortinas, 1 Escort and 3 Fiestas. We have always been satisfied. We recently decided to our car. We visited Bristol Street Motors at Stoke Ford for the first time last week, we would like to bring to your attention the fantastic treatment we received from your Used Car Sales Executive. We did not at any time feel pressured into buying anything. We were treated with the utmost kindness. Your Salesmen guided us in the right direction of which car to buy. Unfortunately you did not have the vehicle we wanted in the colour we wanted so you Sales Manager took steps to locate one at another branch. Your Sales Executive explained everything about the car we bought, so much so we felt as though we had been driving it for ages. We cant praise him enough. We will certainly recommend Bristol Street Motors and your excellent staff to our friends and relatives. We only met you Sales Executive for the first time last week. Besides being extremely satisfied for the for the time and trouble he took with us we feel as though we have made a friend for life.

You went beyond my expectations dropping off and collecting my car from Beckenhall (during rush hour) and I really appreciated it. Just a quick note to pay compliment to the 2 guys working in the Service Dept at Ford Birmingham. Both displayed excellent customer management skills and worked tirelessly to fit the 2 run-flat tyres to my car whilst I waited. It is customer service like this that makes my decision a lot easier when deciding where to come the next time I need new tyres.

I have yet to take delivery of my new car but I have been very impressed with the service received so far and would particularly like to commend Sales Executive in your Gloucester branch who was very helpful and, most importantly, non-pushy.�I had a very particular set of requirements (a small diesel car that could also accommodate a full size Cello case across the back seats) and I was therefore determined to test drive a number of possible vehicles before making a decision, which meant things took a little longer. �Not only did she put a good deal together for us but she didn't try and push us into a close, so thank you very much.

We were welcomed by your Motability Specialist on our visit and made to feel very comfortable, our needs appeared to be important to him. He felt like an old friend before we came away. I would go to Bristol Street again. We were glad that we went back and very pleased to have chosen a Ford car.

Your Motability Specialist is a top guy who does a good job very well. Thank you our S-Max and 150kg hoist is simply outstanding.

Salesman was excellent in explaining all finance options, getting the vehicle ready within 2 days for picking up. Controls all explained. The vehicle was handed over with a full tank of petrol. He also rang up a couple of days later to see if everything was OK. The registration documents were received the day after I picked up the vehicle. I asked for mud flaps to be fitted on the vehicle before pick up this was done. I would definitely recommend Bristol Street, Gloucester to friends and family when they are looking for vehicles. I am absolutely thrilled with my Ford Ka. Keep up the good work.

Your Service Receptionist in particular has very much a 'can do', 'it will be done' approach and from my brief meeting with your Master Technician I am assuming a similar attitude is adopted in the Service Department as a whole.
