We have dealt with Bristol Street Motors for many years. Starting with a Ford Capri, 2 Cortinas, 1 Escort and 3 Fiestas. We have always been satisfied. We recently decided to our car. We visited Bristol Street Motors at Stoke Ford for the first time last week, we would like to bring to your attention the fantastic treatment we received from your Used Car Sales Executive. We did not at any time feel pressured into buying anything. We were treated with the utmost kindness. Your Salesmen guided us in the right direction of which car to buy. Unfortunately you did not have the vehicle we wanted in the colour we wanted so you Sales Manager took steps to locate one at another branch. Your Sales Executive explained everything about the car we bought, so much so we felt as though we had been driving it for ages. We cant praise him enough. We will certainly recommend Bristol Street Motors and your excellent staff to our friends and relatives. We only met you Sales Executive for the first time last week. Besides being extremely satisfied for the for the time and trouble he took with us we feel as though we have made a friend for life.

I would just like to mention Kevyn who works at Bristol Street Motors Birmingham. Kevyn is the motobility specialist, and I have been going to this Ford dealer for a number of years now because of my satisfaction not only with the product, but because of the level of care and attention I always recieve. You never feel rushed and are made to feel like a valued customer, nothing is too much trouble.

Everyone at Bristol Street Motors was friendly and helpful especially Jon who looked after me throughout the buying process.

Following a complaint about the condition of a car purchased in May 2013, Ray and his team have done an excellent job to turn my opinion of this company around. My car is now running beautifully and I'm thoroughly impressed by the honest, personal approach of Ray and his service manager Pete. I'll definately be using the garage again for service on my current vehicle, and for the purchase of my next car in a few years.
