We have dealt with Bristol Street Motors for many years. Starting with a Ford Capri, 2 Cortinas, 1 Escort and 3 Fiestas. We have always been satisfied. We recently decided to our car. We visited Bristol Street Motors at Stoke Ford for the first time last week, we would like to bring to your attention the fantastic treatment we received from your Used Car Sales Executive. We did not at any time feel pressured into buying anything. We were treated with the utmost kindness. Your Salesmen guided us in the right direction of which car to buy. Unfortunately you did not have the vehicle we wanted in the colour we wanted so you Sales Manager took steps to locate one at another branch. Your Sales Executive explained everything about the car we bought, so much so we felt as though we had been driving it for ages. We cant praise him enough. We will certainly recommend Bristol Street Motors and your excellent staff to our friends and relatives. We only met you Sales Executive for the first time last week. Besides being extremely satisfied for the for the time and trouble he took with us we feel as though we have made a friend for life.

My father and myself purchased two identical Ford Focus - 1 Litre petrol engine cars through Jo (who did an exceptional job of looking after us both!).

The cars are an absolute pleasure to drive! So much fun from a 1 litre car with great fuel economy!

We are both sure that if Ford can get the customers behind the wheel of the new 1 litre engine they will fly out of the showrooms.

I have recently purchased a used Ford Fiesta from Bristol Street Motors Birmingham. The Salesman was so helpful and friendly, he made everything so much easier and straight forward for me. Just to say I was very impressed by the service I received when my ka was sent for in a recall. They picked up the car when they said, very polite and I then received a phone call to say they had delivered the car to the dealership and the car was delivered back by 2.30 with an explanation of what they had done. I purchased a Ford Focus from Bristol Street Motors Ford Gloucester. I spoke to Jamie, who is probably the nicest Sales person I have ever come across. Despite being nervous about replacing my car I was immediately able to relax by the warm atmosphere I was greeted with. Jamie found me exactly what I wanted and the car is fantastic. Optional extras were offered but not forced upon me. John arranged finance for me and also treated me with the utmost respect and a friendly manner.
