The sales advisor David offered clear guidance and information to me about buying my new car. The interest he showed in
my purchase was commendable. He took time to explain everything clearly and followed up with phone calls where necessary.He
arranged a test drive at my convenience and was always on hand to answer questions. Nothing was too much for him. He went
through different payment methods to offer the best deal and made the process much simpler and easy for me to understand. He
kept me up to date with the delivery of the car. I was extremely impressed with this sales advisors professionalism and customer care
and throughout the process he dealt with me with honesty, integrity and with real passion. As a customer who bought a new car 14
years ago I was nervous about buying a new car as there was so much choice. From
the first visit and discussion with David the sales advisor, it put my mind at ease and I easily made the choice to purchase
the ford fiesta and believe that I will continue to get good after care service. In fact I was unable to work out how to do something and David was able to help me sort this out on the phone. I was totally impressed with the process from start to finish.

I wanted to pass on my thanks to the service team that helped me. I wanted to replace a seatbelt that looked simple enough to do myself, but I couldn't undo the bolt. I contacted the service team who said just to pop in and they would have a look. Very kindly the engineer used the right tool for the job and quickly undid the bolt and even offered to fit the new seat belt. Thank you Bromley Ford for your flexibility and kindness.

Without a doubt this has been the best experience I have had of buying a car. Steve, The Sales Executive was excellent, he made the experience wonderful. He helped me get right motability car for me. I had to try a few cars but found that only one car the galaxy would take my motability scooter and have adaptation of appropriate hoist. This was quickly pointed out by Steve, who went out of his way to speak to adaptation specialist and find out which car was appropriate. Throughout the whole process Steve kept in contact and kept me up-to-date. He was kind, professional and extremely helpful. Thank you for your recent letter inviting a response for feedback. The salesman Nicolai who sold me my car was courteous, friendly and, above all, professional at all times.

I outlined what I was looking for and after a short time he returned and said he had found the exact car I was looking for, it was even the right colour. Due to him having taken on board carefully all my �wants' in the car we saved so much time not looking over half a dozen or so �nearly but not quite right' cars. He got the keys, went over the car's spec, and we went for a test drive. It was so simple.
