Given the registration and age of the vehicle I was a little sceptical on how it would received but I need not have worried, and was very pleased with the customer service and reception I received. Overall I had a pleasant experience and working in the motor trade I understand the value of customer service, and taking an interest in your customers regardless of the age of vehicle your presented with, I appreciate my Ford is an older model but nether the less the interest and attitude of your staff remained positive and very helpful.
