I recently went into your Bromley branch on a Sunday afternoon to visit your used car sales team in search of a vehicle for myself. As it turns out I ended up getting a Ranger Pickup which I will hopefully collect tomorrow. To cut a long story short, I'd just like to thank greatly your business sales manager in Bromley used car sales team who has gone out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for me. To say the least I have been probably one the most annoying customers phoning everyday several times to check if it's ready yet or what's the status on the service etc.etc. I'd just like to bring to your attention that she has been great, super helpful and she has gone above and beyond expectations. It's this kind of service that will keep happy customers like myself coming back time and again and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.

Worcester Ford arranges to bring a used car down for Macclesfield Ford for use to view, without obligation. We dealt with your Sales Executive and found him to be extremely helpful and would certainly buy from him again. Less than 48 hours later I had a problem with the car. Within the hour the General Manager came to rescue with a mechanic and a spare car should it have been needed, it wasn't an the problem was fixed within 5 mins. I have been most impressed with the service Worcester have given me and would not hesitate in recommending anyone to buy a car from them. I shall next time I need another car.

I cannot thank the Bromley Sales Team enough for all of their help and support during my recent car purchase. I dealt with your Sales Executive and Business Manager but also got to know the rest of the Team due to their friendly nature and good humor. I could not have asked for a better group of people to help me through quite a difficult purchase, and to ensure my experience went as smoothly as possible. They went out of their way to help me and to make sure I was happy with what they were offering me. Never did I feel as if I was being pushed into a deal I wasn't comfortable with, and I never felt under pressure to agree to anything I wasn't totally happy with. They were extremely professional at all times, although we also built up a good, friendly relationship. The service I received from them was second to none; it was a million times better than I had received from my last Ford Dealer and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone; (I'm already trying to get my boyfriend to buy a car from them). They always answered their phones and were able to answer my queries straight away - they must have been sick at the sight of me as they had so many dealings with me, but always made me feel welcome in the showroom and always saw me when i needed them to. Thanks once again for everything, and I'll definitely be back at the end of my lease to get another Ford (if I haven't annoyed you too much!!)

We did not at any time feel pressured into buying anything. We were treated with the utmost kindness. Your Salesmen guided us in the right direction of which car to buy. Unfortunately you did not have the vehicle we wanted in the colour we wanted so you Sales Manager took steps to locate one at another branch. Your Sales Executive explained everything about the car we bought, so much so we felt as though we had been driving it for ages. We cant praise him enough. After visiting several dealerships during the extreme bad weather in our search for a 4X4 it was a pleasant surprise to arrive at Macklin Motors Glasgow, where the the snow had been cleared from the parking area and the display vehicles (other dealerships in the area hadn't bothered!) We were greeted by the Sales Manager, who introduced your Salesman Executive after a road test in the GM's Kuga we completed a deal on a new Ford Kuga Individual AWD, which to our delight they had in stock. After efficiently arranging transfer of personalised number. We took delivery of our sparkling new Kuga two weeks later. I've just had a couple of tyres changed by Rapid Fit at Birmingham following a puncture and couldn't have been more impressed by the service.� We all know, particularly in this day and age, how important value for money is but the attitude of your Rapid Fit Manager and his team at Birmingham does you credit. It was not only the professional approach but also the �nothing is too much trouble' attitude and all done with a smile (an all too rare occurrence in the UK service industry these days) that impressed me.

I'll certainly be using your services again.
