Overall I was very well looked after! From going in to look for a new car I had experienced a test drive and sorted everything out within a week which was fab! I cannot praise your sales executive highly enough, he made the whole purchasing experience very easy and pleasant, he was very informative and knowledgeable on the car and made my ultimate decision an easy one, I would definitely use the Cheltenham branch again. The sales executive bent over backwards (I know, difficult for him to do) to assist, provide good customer service and agreed to those little extras that make all the difference.
