I wanted to write and say what excellent service we have received from your company. I recently collected my new Titanium X Fiesta in Candy Blue and Jon was my Salesman. I have had my car a week now and I just wanted to contact you to let you know how much I love it and also what a fantastic experience I received from Bristol Street Motors.

I came to the Ford Event and Jon showed me the Fiestas and took me for a test drive. It was his honest and approachable manner that made me buy the car from yourselves. Jon listened to what I wanted and I ended up upgrading to a better engine on his advice (I have the 125 bhp). He was very patient with my questions (and there were hundreds of them) and he returned every call I made to him.
