I recently took delivery of our new Hyundai and I can't speak highly enough of my Sales Advisor, they provided exceptional service keeping me updated at every step of the delivery process. They made the whole process so easy from start to finish especially given the difficult times we have at the moment, and despite this, the process took less than two weeks to complete. The Sales Executive was so friendly and professional and made it all so easy with his knowledge and customer service. Dear Sirs, following a major problem with my car on the day which your dealerships temporarily close I contacted you again on Monday 30th March and spoke with an agent. I explained my situation and he agreed to book my car into Macklin, Seafield, Edinburgh. I dropped it off with the Service manager on the 31st and they called me later that morning advising of the problem. I agreed to the work as my car is necessary because of my wifes health. Much to my delight the car was ready to collect later that day. Can I put on record my thanks to the service manager and their team for their fantastic help and can I also say that anytime I deal with this location all staff are extremely helpful and courteous. I bought a Renault Captur from this garage at the end of February. Although I had only gone out for a loaf of bread and had just popped into the branch to have a look what what kind of cars were for sale. I could not have been treated any better. My first encounter was with a sales exec who gave me time to have a good look around the stock without pestering me. They then introduced me to another sales exec who was knowledgeable about the cars on sale and nothing was too much trouble. They found the perfect car for my requirements and dealt with everything from the paperwork to going through the basic driving away instructions. I've had quite a few cars in my lifetime but have never been treated better than I was by them. It was a pleasure doing business with them and will recommend the Mansfield branch to all friends and family. Well done, you are a credit to the company.
