I called in on spec as a key symbol flashing light appeared on the dash board. I was greeted by Nigel who advised me that the battery in the key fob probably needed replacing. He took the car away and after a nice hot chocolate and a look at the showroom cars he returned with the problem solved- a new battery- at no charge! Thank you very much. We then had a discussion about the upgraded features on the new Qashqai . Nigel was very well versed in the new model and I am looking forward to calling back for a test drive. I left a very satisfied customer and each time I visit your service just gets better. Well done and all the very best for a successful New Year.j
