I'm writing to commend your aftersales department at SEAT Derby on Pride Park. In particular your Aftersales Manager and Technician, who are two of the most professional and helpful people I have come into contact with from an aftersales prospective.

The service they provide is exemplary, be that opening up 15 minutes early to ease my onward travel, being very flexible on what dates / time are available to booking in work on the car or keeping me updated with the very quick completion of the work required. I am extremely glad that I recently traded in our Audi replacing it with a SEAT Leon.
