Recently my drivers window was smashed, I rang Tracey at Bristol Street Motors in Derby - as usual Tracey was excellent, calm and so very helpful, instructing me to bring the car straight over to secure in the garage overnight. The sales guys ensured my car was secure and a cup of coffee was waiting my arrival. Mark on sales insisted he took me home as I had no means of transport. Tracey had ordered the glass and it was fitted the very next day. Just a huge thank you to the team, it is rare to get such extraordinary service!

The service I received from Dianne was 1st class, I only took my car in for a service and came away with a new Seat! She took me through all the details and answered all my questions and never once tried to hard sell me the car, definately someone who knew what she was doing.
