I recently took delivery of my new Seat Ibiza FR TDi. I just wanted to say how good it was to be kept informed of the progress. I was impressed with the service I received from the moment I first came in to look at cars, with Jonathan quickly arranging test drives. He was thorough but not pushy throughout the sales negotiations and was very patient, even when I changed my mind 5 times about the colour I wanted!

I have just picked up my new car from Bristol Street Motors Seat Derby, and my husband and I both felt the need to write to you as the whole experience has been a delight from start to finish.

The car itself, a Leon TSI SE, is superb and although I was pleased with my previous car, an Ibiza, this feels like a different league. Anyway the main reason for writing was to mention Garry who sold us this car and my previous one. He has made the whole experience easy, painless and, most of all, enjoyable. He is excellent at his job. Knowledgable, helpful and not at all pushy which is important to me in this sort of transaction.
We have found all the staff a pleasure but Garry is exceptional. Thank him from us. We shall be back for my next SEAT in a few years time.
