Our salesman - and I began to look upon him as "our's" was the most exceptional sales 'executive' we have ever met in our combined motoring history of some 90+ years. He was most welcoming, supportive and helpful, indeed I do not think there is a word of a complementary nature that could not be applied to him. He has an energy and humour which is contagious and was most knowledgeable of the products he was selling. No, he wasn't selling he was helping us to buy! I would like to congratulate you on your salesman for his superb non-pushy approach to customers. My husband and I have just bought a Seat Altea. When I first visited the Seat showroom I was accompanying my sister who was viewing a Seat Ibiza. I had no intention of buying a car at all . My sister had been so impressed by his non-pushy approach that she had responded to his phone call after a 3 month gap since she had first visited his showroom. He contacted her only when he had exactly what he thought she might be interested in. Well done as that was a sale. While my sister was busy drooling over her red car I saw an AItea and Fitz showed me an AItea XL. I have very recently become a part-time wheelchair user and was very impressed by the boot's potential to take my wheelchair as well as other luggage. My husband was away at this time so I took a brochure to show him on his return. When he came back he liked the look of the AItea and, even though we had had no plans at that time to buy a car, we returned to see you the next day. Again just excellent non-pushy service .And we bought the car. Which we are delighted with. Well Done !!!!
