Working in retail myself I know how important customer service is...I visited your Darlington branch today for a service and mot...I have to say the service was phenomenal...I had a courtesy car given and being an automatic I couldn't even get it out of the parking bay (much to my annoyance and embarrassment) let alone drive 16 miles to get to work..the girl who dealt with me offered for someone to take me to work and pick me up...grateful was an understatement...a Salesman took me to work and picked me up..what a pleasant young man he was..i would like them to be recognised for the awesome service they gave...a credit to your branch
