Kia has confirmed pricing and specifications for the all-new EV4, with orders for the latest addition to the brand's electric line-up having now opened.
The EV4 will provided the longest range of any Kia produced to date, with a full charge allowing drivers to complete up to 388 miles of driving depending on the specification selected.
Initially, the EV4 will be offered as Kia's first electric C-segment hatchback, although a Fastback version of the car is scheduled to join the line-up in future.
As with the existing EV3, EV6 and EV9 models, the new car will be offered in three different trim levels - Air, GT-Line and GT-Line S.
Air trim will provide the longest range across the model when the 81.4kWh long range battery fitted, with a smaller battery also offered that will allow for up to 273 miles of range.
Both the GT-Line and GT-Line S models come with the long range battery and offer a range of 362 miles.
The EV4 can charge from 10-to-80% in around half an hour when plugged into a 350kW DC fast charger, with the long range battery taking a few minutes longer than the regular battery.
Deliveries are due to begin in the autumn.
