Jonathan joined the company in 2016 as fleet director for Volkswagen/Audi, Nissan and Renault, before stepping into his current role in 2018. Previously, he held senior roles at L&L Automotive and Sytner Group.
Justin Shipley

Justin has over 20 years' automotive experience, including seven in leasing. He held senior roles in the Mercedes-Benz dealer network in retail sales before joining the group from Hitachi Capital Vehicle Solutions.

Ian joined the Vertu Group Fleet team in 2021 after a 20-year career spanning dealership-based fleet roles and executive leadership in the leasing industry. He will draw on this experience to lead our BMW/Mini fleet teams.

Claire has 30 years' automotive experience, including 20 in fleet, managing contractors and supporting the channel. She recently led Vertu's public sector team and now leads the group fleet operation from head office.
