This car giveaway is provided by Vertu Motors plc, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 05984855) whose registered office is at Vertu House, Fifth Avenue Business Park, Team Valley, Gateshead, Tyne & Wear, NE11 0XA, trading as Vertu (Vertu). Entrants agree to these terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions) and any information or guidance published by Vertu forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

PRIZE: One (1) winner will win a brand-new 26 plate car of their choice (Car). The chosen Car must:

be in Vertu's group stock at the time of selection (excluding all brand-new vehicles sold by Vertu on an agency basis); and have an advertised cash price on www.vertumotors.com that does not exceed £35,000.

There is no alternative prize, and the Car cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize. The Car will be registered by Vertu to the winner and cannot be registered to anyone else. 24-hour drive away insurance will be included, together with the first registration fee and the first year's road tax, but thereafter the winner will be required to tax, and arrange their own insurance for, the Car.

ELIGIBILITY: This car giveaway is free to enter (and no purchase is necessary) and is open to any person resident in the UK who is over the age of 18. Employees of: (i) Vertu or its affiliates; and (ii) Vertu's advertising or promotion agencies, are not eligible to enter this car giveaway nor are members of these employees' families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners).

TIMING: This car giveaway runs from 00:01 on 21st January 2026 until 23:59 on 19th February 2026 (Giveaway Deadline).

ENTRY: To enter you must visit www.vertumotors.com/car-giveaway/ and enter your details before the Giveaway Deadline for your chance to win the Car. The following details are required for entry: name, email address, mobile telephone number and postcode. Entrants may only enter once and must only enter on their own behalf. Entries will be ineligible if they are incomplete, are found to be part of an attempt to enter multiple times, violate the rights of any other person or entity or are received after the Giveaway Deadline. Vertu is not responsible for any failure or inability to enter. Vertu reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who it considers (at its absolute discretion) has violated these Terms and Conditions.

SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER: The winner of the Car will be chosen at random by Vertu at its absolute discretion on 20th February 2026 and will be notified by Vertu via email on the same day and asked to contact Vertu to choose their Car. If the winner does not respond to the email within forty-eight (48) hours or has not chosen their Car before 26th February 2026, another winner may be selected to replace them with the effect that they will cease to be entitled to the Car. A mutually convenient Vertu dealership or alternative location will be agreed with the winner for the Car to be handed over, but the Car must be handed over to the winner by no later than 2nd March 2026. The winner will need to complete various Vertu documents relating to the Car before handover and may be asked to provide identification and any other documents as may be necessary to prove their eligibility before they are entitled to receive the Car.

USE OF YOUR ENTRY: The winner of the Car consents to partaking in Vertu PR/social media activity in relation to this car giveaway (including but not limited to his/her full name being made publicly available and posted on social media as the winner). Any other personal data entrants provide when entering may be used for future Vertu and any affiliated company's marketing activities only if you indicate your consent to such activity. Otherwise, this personal data will be used by Vertu and agents acting on its behalf only for the operation of, and in connection with, this car giveaway.

OTHER: No correspondence will be entered into regarding this car giveaway or these Terms and Conditions. In the unlikely event of a dispute, Vertu's decision shall be final. Vertu reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this car giveaway at any time and for any reason, without notice.

Entrants in this car giveaway agree that Vertu will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, costs, damage, disappointment or losses of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this car giveaway. Nothing in this clause shall limit Vertu's liability in respect of death or personal injury arising out of its own negligence or liability arising out of Vertu's fraud.

SPIRIT OF THE CAR GIVEAWAY: If an entrant attempts to compromise the integrity or the legitimate operation of this car giveaway by cheating or committing fraud in any way, Vertu may seek damages from that entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law. Further, Vertu will disqualify that entrant's entry to this car giveaway and may ban the entrant from participating in any future giveaways, promotions or competitions run by Vertu or any of its affiliates.

LAW AND JURISDICTION: This car giveaway and these Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Entrants irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this car giveaway and these Terms and Conditions or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
