This car giveaway is provided by Vertu Motors plc, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 05984855) whose registered office is at Vertu House, Fifth Avenue Business Park, Team Valley, Gateshead, Tyne & Wear, NE11 0XA, trading as Vertu (Vertu). Entrants agree to these terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions) and any information or guidance published by Vertu forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

1) PRIZE: One (1) winner will win a brand-new CUPRA Raval (Car) in Plasma Iridescent. There is no alternative prize, and the Car cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize. The Car will be registered by Vertu to the winner and cannot be registered to anyone else. The first registration fee and the first year's road tax for the Car will be included. Complimentary drive-away insurance will be included for the number of days available under the applicable insurance scheme, subject to the winner satisfying the insurer’s eligibility and underwriting requirements. The winner will be responsible for arranging and paying for road tax and insurance for the Car thereafter.

2 ELIGIBILITY: This car giveaway is free to enter (and no purchase is necessary) and is open to any person resident in the UK who is aged 18 or over and holds a valid UK driving licence. Employees of: (i) Vertu or its affiliates; and (ii) Vertu’s advertising or promotion agencies, are not eligible to enter this car giveaway nor are members of these employees’ families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners).

3) TIMING: This car giveaway runs from 9:00 on 1st October 2026 until 23:59 on 4th January 2027 (Giveaway Deadline).

4) HOW TO ENTER: To enter you must visit www.vertumotors.com/car-giveaway/ and enter your details before the Giveaway Deadline for your chance to win the Car. The following details are required for entry: name, email address, mobile telephone number and home address including postcode.

Entrants may only enter once and must only enter on their own behalf. Entries will be ineligible if they are incomplete, are found to be part of an attempt to enter multiple times, violate the rights of any other person or entity or are received after the Giveaway Deadline. Vertu is not responsible for any failure or inability to enter. Vertu reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who it considers (at its absolute discretion) has violated these Terms and Conditions.

5) SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER: The winner of the Car will be selected by Vertu at random from all valid entries received prior to the Giveaway Deadline using a verifiable random selection process conducted by Vertu at its absolute discretion within 10 (ten) working days following the Giveaway Deadline. The winner will be notified using the contact details provided on entry via the entry system used for the car giveaway or by such other reasonable method as Vertu may determine (including email and/or telephone). Vertu will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner using the contact details provided, including more than one contact attempt and, where practicable, more than one contact method. The winner may be required to provide proof of identity, age and eligibility before receiving the Car.

Once the winner has accepted the prize and provided the information and completed the documentation reasonably required by Vertu, Vertu will use reasonable endeavours to arrange handover of the Car within fourteen (14) days, or on such later date as may reasonably be agreed with the winner. Handover will take place at a mutually convenient Vertu dealership or alternative location agreed with the winner. The handover date will be subject to completion of the necessary registration, insurance, eligibility and operational requirements and the availability of the Car.

If the winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of Vertu’s first attempted notification, fails to claim the prize, or after accepting the prize, fails without reasonable excuse to provide the information or complete the documentation reasonably required by Vertu, or fails to take delivery on an agreed date, Vertu may give the winner a reasonable final period in which to do so. If the winner still fails to comply Vertu reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner and the original winner will forfeit any entitlement to the Car.

6) USE OF YOUR ENTRY: The winner of the Car consents to partaking in Vertu PR/social media activity in relation to this car giveaway (including but not limited to his/her full name being made publicly available and posted on social media as the winner).

7) DATA PROTECTION: Personal data supplied in connection with this car giveaway will be processed by Vertu for the purposes of administering the promotion, validating entries, selecting, notifying and announcing the winner and awarding the prize. Personal data will also be used for marketing where the entrant has separately agreed to receive such marketing. Agreeing to receive marketing is optional, is not a condition of entry and will not affect an entrant’s chances of winning.

8) GENERAL: No correspondence will be entered into regarding this car giveaway or these Terms and Conditions. In the unlikely event of a dispute, Vertu’s decision shall be final. Vertu reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this car giveaway where reasonably necessary at any time, without notice. Vertu accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, not received or successfully completed due to technical issues or otherwise. Entrants in this car giveaway agree that Vertu will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, costs, damage, disappointment or losses of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this car giveaway. Nothing in this clause shall limit Vertu’s liability in respect of death or personal injury arising out of its own negligence or liability arising out of Vertu’s fraud or any other liability which cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Nothing in these Terms affects an entrant’s statutory rights.

Vertu shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation or inability to deliver the prize due to events outside its reasonable control, and no compensation shall be payable in such circumstances. The Car is subject to availability. If the specified Car cannot be provided for reasons outside Vertu’s reasonable control, Vertu may substitute an alternative vehicle of equal or greater value.

9) SPIRIT OF THE CAR GIVEAWAY: If an entrant attempts to compromise the integrity or the legitimate operation of this car giveaway by cheating or committing fraud in any way, Vertu may seek damages from that entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law. Further, Vertu will disqualify that entrant’s entry to this car giveaway and may ban the entrant from participating in any future giveaways, promotions or competitions run by Vertu or any of its affiliates. Use of automated systems, bots or third-party services to enter is prohibited and all such entries will be disqualified.

10) THIRD PARTY DISCLAIMER: This promotion may be advertised through social media platforms but is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform (including, without limitation, Facebook, Instagram or any other platform used to promote this giveaway). This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, CUPRA UK (including the SEAT brand), a trading name of Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited. The names and trademarks of third parties are used only to identify the Prize. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11) LAW AND JURISDICTION: This car giveaway and these Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Entrants irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this car giveaway and these Terms and Conditions or its subject matter or formation (including noncontractual disputes or claims).
