Jaguar remains fully committed to supporting existing clients throughout this transition.
You'll continue to receive the same expert level of care and attention, all year round.
Any maintenance or servicing continues as normal at your nearest manufacturer approved Vertu repair centre, and Jaguar honours all warranty claims and software updates.
Roadside assistance and Jaguar InControl Remote and Protect also continue as usual.
Will a Jaguar Authorised Repairer still service my Jaguar?
Yes, and while Jaguar completes this transition you may notice some changes to your nearest dealership.
Where can I go for servicing if my nearest Jaguar dealership is no longer trading?
Jaguar will contact you directly to outline your nearest Jaguar Service Centre.
Can I service my Jaguar at my nearest Range Rover, Defender or Discovery dealership?
Yes. You'll receive the same level of care for your Jaguar, with warranty claims honoured and software updates carried out as normal.
Will my Jaguar still be eligible for software updates?
Yes. Updates reach your Jaguar as they become available, including anti-theft measures.
Are my warranty and service plans still valid?
Yes. Any warranty, extended warranty or service plan remains unchanged, and you can use it at any authorised dealership that services Jaguar vehicles.
Can I renew my service plan or buy an extended warranty?
