SHS stands for Super Hybrid System. It comes in two forms: SHS-H (self-charging hybrid) and SHS-P (plug-in hybrid).

Chery develops its powertrains, including the Super Hybrid System (SHS), entirely in-house, and JAECOO's chassis calibration is carried out for both Chinese and European road conditions.
