2015 Honda CR-V delivers enhanced style, engines and technology
Honda's CR-V is one of the most popular compact SUVs sold around the world. The model has become fundamental to Japanese carmaker's success in Europe and the fourth-generation CR-V is set to further broaden its appeal.
More than 750,000 units of the CR-V have been sold in Europe since it was launched in 1997, 50,000 of which were sold during 2014. In the first nine months of last year, the CR-V was the world's best-selling SUV.
The new model is part of a wave of next-generation advanced and sporty vehicles from Honda. It will include a new diesel engine, which is mated to a nine-speed automatic transmission to deliver a class-leading power-to-consumption ratio.
The 2015 CR-V also combines world-first safety technology with a brand new connectivity and infotainment system, as well as enhanced suspension and optimised NVH measures for a more refined yet dynamic drive.
