Leapmotor becomes the latest brand to join award-winning automotive retailer Vertu Motors’ expansive portfolio with the opening of the new Vertu Leapmotor Harrogate dealership.
One of the UK’s newest automotive marques, Leapmotor first reached these shores in March 2025 but has quickly established itself as one of the nation’s fastest growing brands.
What started with two models in its line-up – including one of the UK cheapest electric cars – has already expanded to four models, with at least two more due in the coming months.

Leapmotor T03
Kicking off the range is the Leapmotor T03, a small but perfectly formed electric city car that is headlined by a price tag that makes it one of the cheapest cars on sale in the UK.
A rival for the Dacia Spring and BYD Dolphin Surf, the T03 belies its sub-£16k price tag with a remarkably generous standard specification that includes keyless entry, a panoramic glass roof, a reversing camera, a 10-inch touchscreen and a multifunction steering wheel.
Under the skin you’ll find a 37.3kWh battery good for 165-miles of range, making it the perfect city runabout when you also factor in its compact dimensions for easy parking, agile handling and airy interior for excellent visibility.

Leapmotor B05
The newest addition to Leapmotor’s rapidly growing line-up, the Leapmotor B05 is an electric hatchback targeted directly at the Vauxhall Astra Electric and Renault Megane E-Tech.
Indicative of Leapmotor’s target to integrate its electric powertrains into conventional segment’s, the handsome B05 follows the theme of the C10 and B10 as an understated but attractive looking small family car.
The high-tech interior – headlined by a 14.6-inch touchscreen – is, as with the entire Leapmotor range, very well equipped with features including Apple CarPlay/Android Auto integration, 64-colour ambient lighting, heated steering wheel and a panoramic sunroof as standard.
Equipped with a 67.1kWh battery, the B05 will travel up to 300-miles on a single charge, while the 215bhp output helps to propel it to 0-62mph in 6.7secs.

Leapmotor B10
While the B05 holds appeal for those who prefer more conventional, low-riding hatchbacks, the sister Leapmotor B10 will be the preferred choice for families seeking a great value, spacious small electric SUV.
With prices starting below £30,000* (with the Leap-Grant applied) the B10 looks remarkable value-for-money even before you factor in its standard kit, which includes heated steering wheel, heated/ventilated front seats, electric seat adjustment, air-conditioning, Vehicle-to-Load charging, heated/powered door mirrors, electric boot lid and keyless start.
The 67.1kWh battery will deliver 270-miles of range, which compares well with the likes of the BYD Atto 2 (267-miles) and the Ford Puma Gen-E (259-miles).
Better yet, it’s spacious too with a 430-litre boot and plenty of interior space on account of its generous wheelbase and lofty roofline.

Leapmotor C10
The stylish Leapmotor C10 differs from other models in the Chinese firm’s range by being offered a pure electric model and a range-extender electric car.
In electric guise, the C10 packs a 70kWh battery for upwards of 261-miles of range, all wrapped in a contemporary package that features a modern, tech-focused layout and spacious interior that includes a 435-litre boot.
Alternatively, there is the C10 Hybrid EV, which is powered by a 1.5-litre range extender engine desitned to deliver smooth efficiency while keeping fuel consumption low. It works alongside the 28.4kWh battery to deliver up to 600-miles of total range, including 90-miles of pure electric range.
