A showroom host working in a Guiseley dealership has been recognised within her division in the annual Masters Awards operated by Vertu, the fourth largest automotive retailer group in the UK.
Jekeeme Dixon, who works at Land Rover Guiseley, was named as Colleague of the Year in the Jaguar Land Rover Division in the awards, which are now in their 15th year and recognise the highest-performing colleagues working in non-management roles.
In total, more than 7,800 individual colleagues are in the running for the awards each year covering a variety of different roles.
Jekeeme has been recognised for her outstanding approach to customer service, consistently creating a welcoming and professional environment for every visitor to the showroom.
Her confidence, positivity and ability to build strong relationships have made her a key part of the team, while her proactive attitude and support for colleagues help ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Alongside her front-of-house role, she has also made a significant impact through her work on social media, helping to drive strong engagement for the dealership and wider division.
Jekeeme Dixon said: “I am really proud to receive this award. I love meeting customers and making sure they feel welcome from the moment they arrive.
“Being part of such a supportive team makes a big difference, and I enjoy getting involved in different areas of the business, including our social media. It is great to be recognised in this way.”
Robert Forrester, Chief Executive of Vertu, said: “It is fantastic to Jekeeme recognised for her impact within the Guiseley dealership.
“The Vertu Masters Awards celebrate those who go above and beyond, and that is certainly true for Jekeeme. She should rightly be proud of this accolade.”
