Established in 1882, Durham Cricket held minor status for over a century and competed in the Minor Counties Championship – taking the title seven times.
In 1992, the club joined the County Championship and became an official first-class team. They won their first County Championship in 2008 and took the title again in 2009 and 2013.
The club play their home ties at the Riverside Ground in Chester-le-Street, a beautiful ground which holds 15,000 cricket fans.
Today, the club continues batting for success, proudly representing the historic county with a strong squad led by club captain Scott Borthwick. And it’s all #ForTheNorth.
Our partnership with Durham Cricket Club made way for active collaboration both on the field with ground advertising and off the field, with various player appearances.
We were delighted to partner with Durham Cricket, helping to bring the excitement of the game to everyone.
For the team, and always #ForTheNorth.
We teamed up with Durham Cricket to go behind the scenes and find out exactly what it takes to become a professional cricketer.
