All you need to do is complete our online booking form, selecting the time, date and dealership that suits you. After you have submitted your enquiry, a member of our team will be in touch to confirm your appointment.
How do I make a video appointment?
Simply fill out our online booking form, selecting the 'video' option, and the time and date that suits you. Once you've done this, a member of our team will contact you to confirm your appointment.
Where is my nearest Vertu Motors dealership?
You can find your closest dealership by entering your postcode on the booking form, or searching for your local dealership.
How long will my appointment be?
Your appointment can take between 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on what you would like to talk about.
Can I change the date/time of my appointment?
Yes, of course. If you need to amend your booking, contact your local dealership and a member of our team will be able to help.
What can I discuss at my appointment?
Our expert team will be able to answer any questions you may have around specific models, finance options, and extras such as service plans, as well as arranging any test drives you require.
Our video calls are really similar to our dealership appointments - so you needn't worry that you won't have the same experience online as in store. You will still be able to discuss the same things, and we can show you any vehicles that you are interested in over the call.
Before your appointment, a member of our team will contact you to find out what you would like to discuss to ensure we have everything ready for you on the day.
Do I need anything specific for my dealership appointment?
All you need to bring along is your driving licence. We can take care of everything else, including refreshments, an excellent choice of vehicles and expert advice!
How do video appointments work?
A few minutes before your video appointment, we'll send you a link via email or text (as arranged in your pre-appointment call). All you need to do is click the link in the message and your advisor will be waiting for you on screen.
If I want to make a purchase following a video call, how does this work?
Everything can be taken care of online, so you don't need to come into the dealership if you don't want to. All documentation can be signed via our e-sign process, plus we can deliver your vehicle to you, or you can use our Click and Collect service. Find out more about buying a vehicle online.
