Honda updates Insight Hybrid
Honda has released a new version of a popular hybrid model into the UK market.
The updated Honda Insight Hybrid features suspension adjustments to improve ride comfort, while a new trim level offers added features.
According to the manufacturer, the model is the least expensive hybrid available "by a mile", and chassis changes have boosted handling, stability and reliability.
The new, top-of-the-range EX model includes black leather upholstery, a DVD Sat Nav system and a hands-free phone.
Meanwhile, the ES model now includes rear parking sensors and chrome interior trimming.
"The changes made to the Insight were in direct response to the comments received from early customers and the media. The initial focus was on suspension, to which improvements have been made," the company stated.
New paint colours are also now available in the form of Dynamic Blue Pearl and Carnelian Red Pearl.
The car includes a 1.3-litre IMA petrol hybrid engine which has CO2 emissions of 101g/km.
