What are the best used cars to drive in Troon?

For journeys on the A78:

An SUV can work well for drivers who use the A78 towards Irvine or Ayr and want a higher seating position. Check that you can adjust the seat and steering wheel into a position that keeps longer journeys comfortable.

For summer parking near South Beach:

Parking demand can increase around Troon's seafront during busier periods, so a compact hatchback with rear parking sensors can make close manoeuvres easier to judge. On your test drive, try parking at low speed and decide whether the camera view and alerts give you a clear picture of the space around the car.

For golf, leisure, and family loads:

An estate is worth considering if your normal week includes golf bags, pushchairs, or luggage for longer trips. The longer boot can keep bulkier items out of the cabin, so test the load space with the equipment you actually carry.
