New Audi Cars at Vertu

The Audi UK range now runs from a compact Sportback to a supercar and a seven-seat flagship SUV. Wherever you land in that range, quattro all-wheel drive is never far away, fitted as standard equipment on many diesel and petrol models and built into plug-in hybrids like the A5 e-hybrid. Audi badges it onto fully electric cars too, from the e-tron GT quattro through to the S6 e-tron.

That's Vorsprung durch Technik in practice: engineering that carries across every powertrain rather than sitting in one corner of the range. Audi's motorsport programme, including its current Formula 1 involvement, feeds that same engineering back into the cars you can drive today. Whatever you're looking for, from a first Sportback to a 640 PS RS Q8, you'll find it here. Browse the full range of new Audi models UK-wide below, grouped by body style to help you find the right car faster.

What Are Audi Cars Like to Drive?

Audi's range splits naturally into four groups: compact Sportbacks and hatchbacks, saloons and estates, SUVs, and the e-tron GT and Audi Sport performance models. Each has its own character behind the wheel.

Sportback & Compact

Choose the Audi A1 Sportback and you get easy, everyday driving. A 10.25-inch Digital Cockpit comes standard from Sport trim, and the boot expands from 335 litres to 1,090 litres with the rear seats folded. Power runs from 95 PS up to 150 PS, with 0-62mph as brisk as 8.1 seconds on the 35 TFSI, and most engines give you the choice of a manual or automatic Audi, with S tronic transmission standard on higher grades.

Step up to the Audi A3 and the trim ladder runs from Technik through to Black Edition, with TFSI petrol and TDI diesel engines from 116 PS to 150 PS. Among the hybrid cars, the A3 Sportback e-hybrid adds an Audi PHEV option to that range, returning up to 254.3mpg combined and up to 88 miles of WLTP electric range on its base variant. That's quick enough to cover most commutes without the petrol engine firing at all. Audi's next entry-level model, the A2 e-tron, is confirmed for a UK debut in autumn 2026, and Audi describes it as the most efficient car it has ever built. Full specification will follow closer to launch.

Saloon & Avant

Choice defines this group. The Audi A5 gives you TFSI petrol and TDI diesel engines from 150 PS to 204 PS across four trims, with the range-topping Vorsprung adding Matrix LED lighting and a panoramic sunroof. Choose the A5 e-hybrid, one of Audi hybrid models, and you get standard quattro all-wheel drive alongside up to 75 miles of WLTP electric range.

The Audi A6 offers a straightforward choice between a 204 PS TFSI petrol engine and a 204 PS quattro TDI diesel, and the same nameplate now covers Audi's electric ambitions too. Within the A6 e-tron family, the S6 e-tron reaches 0-62mph in 4.1 seconds, or 3.9 seconds with launch control. Its Sportback body in Black Edition trim covers up to 411 miles on a full charge of its 100kWh battery, with rapid charging from ten to eighty per cent in as little as 21 minutes. The A6 allroad brings a higher-output 299 PS TDI quattro engine, all-wheel steering and allroad-specific adaptive air suspension to a raised body, giving you ground clearance without stepping up to an SUV. At the top of the range, among the luxury Audi cars, the A8 spans a 286 PS diesel entry point through to the 571 PS S8 performance flagship.Choose the long-wheelbase A8 L and rear-seat comfort takes priority, including massage and ventilation on Vorsprung trim.

SUV

Audi's SUV range covers more ground than any other part of the line-up. The compact Audi Q2 and Q3 sit at the entry point, with the Q3 giving you front-wheel drive on its 150 PS engines and quattro all-wheel drive from 204 PS upward. It also brings a 12.8-inch panoramic curved MMI display from Technik trim. The fully electric Audi Q4 e-tron follows as one of the range's most popular EV choices. It offers up to 361 miles of WLTP range on the e-tron performance variant, with rapid charging from ten to eighty per cent in as little as 29 minutes.

Move up to the Audi Q5 and quattro becomes a much larger part of the story, with the SQ5 delivering 367 PS and a 4.5-second 0-62mph time. As one of Audi's hybrid SUV options, the Q5 e-hybrid returns up to 66 miles of WLTP electric range alongside combined economy over 100mpg. The Audi Q6 e-tron brings the same electric formula to a larger body, with the Sportback variant reaching up to 407 miles of WLTP range. The Audi Q7 and Q8 add third-row practicality and quattro-equipped diesel or petrol power, including the Q7 TFSI e among Audi hybrid vehicles at up to 73.4mpg combined. New for the range, the Audi Q9 arrives as Audi's largest-ever SUV, seating seven as standard with an optional six-seat business-class layout, and fitted with the largest panoramic sunroof ever built into an Audi.

Audi Sport & e-Tron GT

This part of the range is built for drivers seeking a sports car Audi badge, without giving up daily usability. The Audi e-tron GT quattro is the entry point into the Audi all-electric performance range, and one of the most complete EV options for anyone wanting genuine everyday range. A 105kWh battery gives you up to 385 miles of combined WLTP range, with quattro all-wheel drive as standard. The RS e-tron GT Performance tops the family with 843 PS, rising to 925 PS with launch control, and a 0-62mph time of just 2.9 seconds.

On the combustion side, the sportier Audi models start with the RS3, delivering 400 PS and a 3.8-second 0-62mph time through quattro all-wheel drive. The RS5 pairs 639 PS with up to 52 miles of WLTP electric range from its hybrid system. The RS Q8 tops out at 640 PS, with a 3.6-second 0-62mph time and RS ceramic brakes on its Performance trim. Every model in this group gives you quattro as standard, whichever powertrain sits underneath.

Audi Interior and Technology

A few themes recur throughout the Audi range, whichever model you choose. Here's what you'll find behind the wheel and around the cabin.

Quattro and Drive Select

Quattro is the technology that carries furthest across the range, distributing power between the front and rear axles so you get grip that holds in wet weather or on a motorway slip road. It's just as useful pulling away from a junction, and it's fitted as standard or available across petrol, diesel, plug-in hybrid and fully electric Audi models alike. Audi Drive Select lets you adjust steering weight, throttle response and suspension character to suit the road or your mood, often paired with adaptive or sport suspension that changes how the car settles into corners.

Infotainment, Sound and Comfort

Move up the trim ladder on most Audi models and a familiar set of upgrades tends to appear in roughly the same order: a bigger infotainment display first, then premium sound, then the sunroof reserved for range-topping trims.

Feature Where You'll Find It
MMI Navigation plus & MMI Touch Standard from entry trims across the range
Front passenger display Higher grades, including A5 Vorsprung and A6 Vorsprung
Bang & Olufsen 3D premium sound Higher trims across the range
Panoramic sunroof A5 Vorsprung, A6 Vorsprung, Q3 Vorsprung, Q4 e-tron Vorsprung and e-tron GT quattro (entry trim); standard, and the largest yet fitted to an Audi, on the Q9

Move further up most ranges and you'll also pick up ambient lighting, wireless smartphone integration and extra heated seats along the way - the kind of everyday convenience that builds trim by trim rather than announcing itself with one standout feature.
