Vertu Mercedes-Benz, which operates dealerships in Ascot, Aylesbury, Beaconsfield, Slough and Reading, has been recognised for its exceptional customer service.

It was named as Customer Service Team of the Year at the recent Mercedes-Benz awards, which took place at Mercedes-Benz World in Weybridge, Surrey.

The award is based on a number of criteria, including customer feedback.

John Brotherton, Divisional Aftersales Director at Vertu Mercedes-Benz, said: "This award is testament to our colleagues' dedication to customer service across all our Mercedes-Benz retailers.
