What to Expect From Your Appointment With Us

It is so simple to make an appointment with a member of our friendly sales team. We offer face-to-face appointments in-store, or video appointments to your chosen dealership.

You can schedule your appointment in just a few steps using our online booking form. We just need some details, like what type of appointment you need, whether you would prefer to chat in the dealership or via video link, and the time and date that you would like your appointment. Once you have submitted your enquiry, a member of our team will be in touch to confirm your appointment and to check specifically what it is that you want to discuss with us - this ensures that we will have everything ready for you when it comes to your appointment.

Dealership Appointments

All you need to bring to your dealership appointment is your driving licence – we can take care of the rest. When you arrive, a member of our team will greet you and offer you a choice of refreshments.

Your appointment can take between 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on what you would like to talk about. We can discuss your vehicle requirements and show you a range of options that may be suitable, plus you will have the opportunity to test drive any models that you would like. We can also explain the different finance options and run through any extras such as accessories and service plans that you may want to find out more about.

Video Appointments

A few minutes before your video appointment, you will be sent a link via email or text (as arranged in your pre-appointment call). Simply follow this link, and your advisor will be waiting for you.

Our video calls are really similar to our in-dealership appointments, so you will be able to discuss the same things you would if you were visiting us face to face. We can show you any specific vehicles that you are interested in over video, and we can provide you with information on your finance options, and any extras such as accessories and service plans.

If you decide that you would like to buy following a video call, we can sort this out online, so there’s no need to come into the dealership if you don’t want to. All documentation can be signed through our e-sign system, and we can deliver your vehicle to your door, or you can use our Click and Collect service if you would prefer.
