Connect One
Emergency call
In the event of an accident, Vauxhall Connect will use your car or van’s inbuilt SIM card to automatically notify emergency services with details of your location. This service is available 24/7, for 365 days a year.
Breakdown call
Activate the breakdown call service by pressing a button in the roof and you’ll be put straight through to the breakdown team on the system’s integrated phone.
Telemaintenance
Vauxhall’s Intelligent Telemaintenance service monitors the key functions of your vehicle – and notifies you as soon as something needs attention. Vauxhall will then contact you directly so you can book an appointment at your local retailer.
Vehicle Status and Information
From routine maintenance and fault alerts to fuel levels, consumption and mileage, Vauxhall Connect keeps you in the loop.
Connect Plus
Public charging
The MyVauxhall app makes it super easy to charge your electric vehicle on the go. Use it to keep an eye on your battery level as you drive and find charging stations along your route, so you’re never left without charge.
Pre-conditioning
Remote pre-conditioning allows you to warm or cool your vehicle to your preferred temperature before starting your journey. It also means you can maximise your vehicle’s range, as it can use energy directly from the charger (if it’s plugged in) rather than its battery.
Live Navigation
Vauxhall’s integrated navigation system gives you real-time directions and traffic information from the leading European GPS provider, TomTom®.
For electric vehicles, your route is calculated with the required charging stops.
Remote access
Use the MyVauxhall app to control your car remotely; including locking and unlocking doors, honking your horn, and turning on the lights.
