We visited your site in Nottingham today for a viewing and test drive of a used T-ROC. We were met by the Sales Executive who was courteous and welcoming from the start. They carefully talked us through the process of the test drive and the valuation of our P/Ex. There was absolutely no pressure and they took us to see the car....we were blown away by it's condition. My wife and I took it for a spin and when we got back, I immediately cancelled a viewing of an Audi Q2 we had later in the day in Bradford. The Sales Executive is a real asset to your business, they made us feel relaxed throughout and by the time we left, we were both delighted with our experience and our car. Hi Vertu, I recently purchased a used VW from your Nottingham South showroom. As I live over 100 miles away from that dealership I used the walkround video service to view the car and had a chat with the Sales Executive, to find out the cars details. The Sales Executive was friendly and easy to deal with. I purchased the car as a result of my conversation with the Sales Executive and online view. A pickup date/time was arranged. At the showroom, I enjoyed the showroom hospitality, chatted with the Sales Executive, some of the Managers, all were very open and friendly. The car wasn't quite fully prepped when I arrived, but I was looked after, kept informed by the Sales Executive it was being finished off....(onsite wheel refurb was being finished)... and given some personal hospitality by the Franchise Manager because of the unanticipated wait. To be fair it was an unexpectedly busy afternoon in the showroom on New Years Eve! When the car was presented it was 'as new'... I was impressed. But I would really like to mention the 'personal' touch from the staff which was very well received...Thanks you all. Please take this positive feedback, and you will be my first call when it's time to replace my vehicle.

my daughter and I picked up her new car from your branch, we were served by a sales agent and felt their level of service has been excellent throughout and we also felt comfortable with their level of honesty.

I was driving past the dealership this morning when my car developed a problem. I am a Vertu Citroen customer but needed a phone as my phone was not working. A young lady on reception let me use the phone to ring the AA and made me a cup of coffee while I waited. Top marks to the young lady and thank you Volkswagen for coming to my assistance.

Exceptional service from everyone concerned. Car repair top quality. Very impressed. The guys who returned the car and also transported us home after we took the car in were very polite and helpful. The service we received was second to non. Thank you
